Products and Orders

Apparel orders are fulfilled through print-on-demand production or in-house pressing depending on the order. Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, including guides, logbooks, and checklists, are for personal use only. You may print and use them for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the files. Because digital products are delivered instantly, all digital sales are final.

Returns and Refunds

Physical product returns are governed by the Refund Policy posted on our store. Custom orders are final sale except in cases of production defects.

Free Resources

Free downloads and educational content are provided as general information based on personal experience. They are not legal, medical, financial, or benefits advice. Decisions about your VA claims, benefits, finances, and career are yours; consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

Services
